Whole Animal Butcher
Our meat mongers are happy to cut, tie, spatchcock, and french to your specifications. They're also the ones cooking up the creative and colorful housemade sausages we're known for! We work with local farmers in the mid-Atlantic and Northeast, and our longstanding purveyor relationships are built on mutual trust, animal welfare, and environmental sustainability.

Our cheesemongers are some of the nerdiest dairy fans around, with more than 50 years of collective cheese experience across the whole team. We carry a wide variety of American and European artisan cheeses, and our selection rotates constantly depending on what's à point and in season. On the charcuterie side, our offerings run the gamut, from hand-salted Parma prosciutto to housemade pâté de campagne.

We've been supplying North Brooklyn with the finest selection of specialty groceries available anywhere since 2015. Fresh harvest olio nuovo, hand-pounded thai curry paste, the absolute best chocolate chip cookies, small batch Hudson Valley ciders, and so much more. Our rule is: if it tastes great, and it's made with care and love by good people, it probably belongs on our shelves.

We take our coffee and tea as seriously as we take just about everything else in the shop... to quote Agent Cooper, we make a damn fine cup of coffee. We're proud to have Parlor Coffee as our principal roasting partner, and we feature their beans on drip, espresso, and cold brew. We also regularly rotate in single origin specials on drip and espresso from some of our favorite modern roasters, like Hydrangea Coffee, Touchy Coffee, Obscure Coffee, and others.
Coffee: 9am–6:30pm
Espresso and hot coffee until 6:30pm. Draft cold brew until close.
Sandwich Kitchen
Breakfast burritos, egg biscuits, and other ridiculously delicious sandwiches we know you're going to love. Hang out and eat with us or grab your sandwich to go... we even do pickup and delivery on Square. Either way, you're not leaving here hungry.
