Standing rib roast? ✔ (fresh and dry-aged). Filet Mignon? ✔✔. Porchetta? ✔✔✔ (and we like how you roll). Whether you’re channeling Martha, Ina, or Nigella, we’ve got you covered. The only thing we ask is: do us (and you) a solid - get your order in early this year!
As a small, whole animal butcher, availability on certain items will be limited. If you have your heart set on beef tenderloin or rack of lamb for example, don’t sleep. These items are reliably the first to sell out every year, and we hate disappointing y’all.
